The room was clean and had all,of the amenties you would expect apart from tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff on reception did not all speak English. The breakfast was not good with no milk for the coffee and no options available for what you could have e.g. toast, pain au chocolat, croissants, bacon / fresh bread and preserves

Spent Xmas at a well-located hotel and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the cozy room and the fact that they offered a baby cot for my little one. the jacuzzi was a bonus after a busy day of sightseeing.
The hotel did not offer a fridge in the room and the noise level outside was quite high. there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

The hotel offered a good and varied breakfast. The location was ideal, close to the city center and shops. The room had a modern TV and a comfortable bed.
We booked this hotel for New Year's Eve and it was a huge disappointment. The fireworks were not visible from our room as we were given a room on the wrong side of the hotel. The walls were so thin, we could hear everything from the next room, which made it hard to sleep. The staff was unhelpful and did not seem interested in our complaints. we had a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and memorable New Year's Eve celebration.

It was really convenient to get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo airport as it was just a short taxi ride away. the hotel was also close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the city. the bathroom was clean and equipped with everything we needed.
The breakfast options were limited and could have been better.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our child's picky eating habits. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The location was convenient as it was quite close to a metro station and made transportation easier. Additionally, we found it easy to travel to/from the airport.
